“Massage heals on many levels and has so many benefits.  It helps to heal and alleviate physical pain and discomfort.  It releases endorphins which enhances feelings of wellness and encourages toxins to dissipate, therefore leave the body.  With the body, mind & spirit connection, it can release residual trauma from the muscle tissue as well as your mind.”

I have been a client of Cyndy Mulholland for over 3 years.  She has created a lovely space where I can retreat from the hectic pace of life and allow my mind to be quiet.  I especially appreciate the therapeutic deep tissue massage work she offers because for me it releases aches and pains enabling me to move with ease.  I readily recommend Cyndy and often buy gift certificates for friends to enjoy her work...she is amazing!
